How to Get to Fiesta

The easiest way to this year’s Flores de Mayo & Filipino Fiesta on Saturday is to park at one of three Park-and-Ride lots, then take Skyline to the Pouhala Station.

Upon arrival at the Pouhala Station:

  1. Take Hikimoe St. exit and turn right.

  2. Walk to the end of the block and turn left on Mokuola St.

  3. Walk straight about 2 blocks mauka until you reach the FilCom Center. Walk is about 10 mins long.

Public parking is available at August Ahrens Elementary School and Waipahu United Church of Christ, with shuttles available to take you to and from the FilCom Center.

No parking passes are required—just park in the green areas designated in the maps below. Please be sure to check the posted closing times for each lot and remove your vehicle before the lots close.

Paid public parking can also be found around Waipahu, or free parking can be found in the neighborhood. Direct shuttles are not available, but you can make your way to August Ahrens Elementary School or Waipahu United Church of Christ to board the shuttles to the FilCom Center.

Reserved Parking Lots

The following lots are reserved for approved vendors, sponsors, volunteers, entertainers and VIP. Public parking is NOT available in these lots. After 6:00 PM, Hans L’Orange Park lot is open to the public.

  • YMCA: 6:00 AM - 7:30 PM

  • Hans L’Orange Park: 6:30 AM - 9:00 PM

  • Plaza at Milltown: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM

Parking attendants will be at the entrance of each lot to check your parking passes. Ensure that you have your colored parking pass displayed on your dashboard when entering the lot. Please be sure to check the posted closing times for each lot and remove your vehicle before the lots close.

Shuttles

Shuttle service will be available to transport guests between the public parking lots and the FilCom Center. Shuttles are scheduled to depart approximately every 20 minutes; however, please allow for possible delays due to traffic or high demand. Be sure to check and remember the final shuttle departure times to ensure a smooth return to your parking lot.
