How to Get to Fiesta

PARK + RIDE

The easiest way to Flores de Mayo & Filipino Fiesta is to take the Skyline to the Pouhala Station.

Upon arrival at the Pouhala Station:

  1. Take Hikimoe St. exit and turn right.

  2. Walk to the end of the block and turn left on Mokuola St.

  3. Walk straight about 2 blocks mauka until you reach the FilCom Center. Walk is about 10 minutes long.

Public Parking Lots with Shuttle Service

Free public parking is available at Leeward Community College and Waipahu United Church of Christ, where shuttles will come every 10 minutes to take you to the FilCom Center.

No parking passes are required—just park in the areas designated in the maps below. Please be sure to check the posted closing times for each lot and remove your vehicle before the lots close.

Leeward Community College

Lot opens at 9:30 AM and closes at 7:00 PM.
Park in Lots 2 and Lots 4B only.

To get to Fiesta from here, you can either:
1. Take the shuttle from Lot 3 by the flagpole, OR
2. Skyline to Pouhala Station and walk to FilCom (under 10 min away).

Waipahu United Church of Christ

Lot opens at 9:30 AM and closes at 7:00 PM.
Enter parking lot from Mokuola St.

To get to Fiesta from here, you can either:
1. Walk to FilCom (under 5 min away), OR
2. Take the shuttle to FilCom.

Reserved Parking Lots

The following lots are reserved for approved vendors, sponsors, volunteers, entertainers and VIP.

Public parking is NOT available in these lots.

  • YMCA (enter from Mokuola St): 6:00 AM - 7:30 PM

  • Hans L’Orange Park: 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Parking attendants will be at the entrance of each lot to check your parking passes. Ensure that you have your colored parking pass displayed on your dashboard when entering the lot.

Please be sure to check the posted closing times for each lot and remove your vehicle before the lots close.

Shuttle Schedule

Shuttle service will be available to transport guests between the two public parking lots and the FilCom Center.

Shuttles are scheduled to depart approximately every 10 minutes from each stop; however, please allow for possible delays due to traffic or high demand.

The last shuttle will depart from FilCom at 6:30 pm. Please ensure you’re at the shuttle stop by then to return to the parking lot smoothly.

When you leave FilCom, the shuttle will make its way back to Leeward Community College before it returns to Waipahu United Church of Christ.
