Santacruzan
A cherished annual tradition in provinces across the Philippines, Santacruzan is a grand parade commemorating the search of Queen Helena (Reyna Elena) and her son, Constantine the Great, for the Holy Cross. Our parade will be a procession of beautifully adorned participants, each representing a significant character or concept. In 2025, Santacruzan will be organized by the Oʻahu Filipino Community Council.

Cultural Village
Enjoy an immersive experience at the Cultural Village, which showcases diverse aspects of Filipino heritage. Representatives from a variety of Filipino organizations and regions of the Philippines will be on hand to share more about their food, traditions, language, and practices. As you explore each region, participate in our unique BINGO activity–complete your card to receive an exclusive, limited-edition Fiesta postcard and enter our hourly lucky draw for a chance to win fun prizes!
Finally, don’t miss the dedicated Cultural Village Stage, featuring performances that highlight the beauty and diversity of Filipino dance and music. We may also have a fun surprise or two for you to get on stage!

Filipiniana Market
Shoppers will have the opportunity to discover a beautiful selection of brand-new Filipiniana clothing, from Barong Tagalog to Maria Clara gowns to Kimonas. Through our Market, we aim to provide greater access to traditional attire for individuals of all ages while celebrating Filipino culture and community spirit!

Kabataang Barangay
Fiesta would not be complete without activities for our youngest Fiesta attendees. Kabataang Barangay (aka Keiki Village) is an immersive space designed to celebrate Filipino heritage through engaging activities such as traditional games, arts and crafts, and storytelling for children. Join us for a safe, family-friendly experience at our Kabataang Barangay. Tara na! (Let’s go!)

Ligaya’s Sari-Sari Store
Continuing to offer nostalgia for people that grew up in the Philippines, shoppers will have a chance to browse through the local neighborhood store and discover an assortment of favorite Filipino snacks, home goods, and sweet treats to stock up.

Balut Eating Contest
To celebrate a Filipino delicacy loved (and feared) by all, we are bringing back this popular contest. Contestants will compete against each other with an objective to eat three balut eggs the fastest. More information about this contest will be shared closer to Fiesta.
What’s new this year?
Check out the brand-new mural at the Filipino Community Center, with Waipahu’s iconic smoke stack as its backdrop! Created in partnership with local artist Zach Angeles and our amazing volunteers, the piece celebrates the history of Waipahu and the Filipino journey in Hawaiʻi, through bold colors and quilt-inspired storytelling.

10 AM - 1 PM | FilCom Consuelo Courtyard
Early risers can swing by the Morning Café by Sama Sama for pastries from 10 AM - 1 PM near the Consuelo Courtyard. In celebration of this year’s malunggay theme, Sama Sama will feature specialty drinks and menu items made with the beloved moringa plant.

Explore a variety of traditional Filipino street foods, courtesy of our generous food product donor Ramar Foods and our vendor partner Mama’s Boy. Taste favorites like crispy fish balls, mini hot hogs, bbq sticks, savory sisig and more! Don’t miss our roaming taho vendor, serving traditional silken tofu dessert topped with sago pearls and syrup.
Filipino Street Food
1 PM - 8 PM | FilCom Consuelo Courtyard
Discover our new Inuman Garden at the FilCom Consuelo Courtyard. Open from 1 PM - 8 PM, this exclusive 21+ area offers a selection of drinks, specialty Filipino-inspired cocktails, and pupus catered by Pitch Sports Bar. Come unwind and hang out with your drink in hand as local Fil-Am DJs spin the soundtrack to your after-hours Fiesta experience!
Inuman Garden
Immerse yourself in Filipino heritage through hands-on Pamana Sessions: cultural workshops that highlight traditional dance, martial arts, art, and garden-to-table practices. “Pamana” means legacy or inheritance in Filipino, and by participating, you’ll gain knowledge and skills you can pass on to others.
Learn the rhythm of tinikling, explore Filipino martial arts like eskrima, craft your own block print tote, or discover the wonders of malunggay.
Workshops are free and open to all ages—spots are limited, so sign up online or at the Cultural Workshops table in the Casamina Ballroom!
